This industrial 3D printing technology produces parts with excellent mechanical properties suitable for functional end-use parts. It rivals injection moulding prices for short production runs of small components. SLS technology has hardly any printing limitations giving freedom to design and print complex geometries.

Fused Deposition Modeling

Filament extrusion technology is the most widely available form of 3D Printing—ideal for large scale models, design verification and short production runs. The technology is limited by its requirement for support material, making complex models more challenging.

Continuous Fibre Fabrication

This reinforced filament extrusion technology prints in a nylon thermoplastic containing chopped carbon fibre. Continuous fibres of reinforcement material can be added to produce dimensionally accurate parts with superior stiffness.
