Selective Laser Sintering

This industrial 3D printing technology produces parts with excellent mechanical properties suitable for functional end-use parts. It rivals injection moulding prices for short production runs of small components. SLS technology has hardly any printing limitations giving freedom to design and print complex geometries.

  • Materials : PA12 Nylon
  • Finishes : Dye / Vibro
    • Functional Parts

    • Complex Geometries

    Fused Deposition Modeling

Filament extrusion technology is the most widely available form of 3D Printing—ideal for large scale models, design verification and short production runs. The technology is limited by its requirement for support material, making complex models more challenging.

  • Materials : PLA
  • : Flexible TPU
    • Flexible Materials

    • Larger Models

    Continuous Fibre Fabrication

This reinforced filament extrusion technology prints in a nylon thermoplastic containing chopped carbon fibre. Continuous fibres of reinforcement material can be added to produce dimensionally accurate parts with superior stiffness.

  • Materials : ONYX
    • Product Development

    • Functional Prototypes

    • Jig & Fixtures

    • Continuous Fibre Reinforcement

    clients WHO TRUST US:

    Six reasons to choose additive:

    3D Printing in UK

    1. Volume / Budget

Use 3D printing for low volume manufacturing. Avoid expensive tooling costs associated with traditional manufacturing techniques.

    2. Production Lead Time

Begin production right away to fulfil urgent demand. Avoid complex design for manufacture requirements and tool set-up time.

    3. Design Freedom

Use 3D printing to manufacture complex parts that are expensive or impossible to make any other way.

    4. Process Flexibility

Make alterations to the design after production has begun OR in between batches without any additional charge.

    5. Mass Customisation

No moulds or tool set-up allows for product personalisation or serialsation as every part can be different.

    6. Simple Process

With very few design restrictions you don’t have to worry about complex design for manufacture requirements.
