3D People Ltd is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. We comply fully with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and all applicable anti-corruption laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.

We prohibit the offering, giving, soliciting, or receiving of any bribe—whether in the form of cash, gifts, hospitality, or other advantages—to or from any individual or organisation with the intention of obtaining or retaining business or securing an improper advantage.

This commitment applies to all our employees, contractors, suppliers, and anyone acting on our behalf, at all levels of the business. We ensure:

Clear internal policies on gifts, hospitality, and expenses.
Monitoring of high-risk areas, including commercial negotiations and supplier relationships.
Training for relevant staff on anti-bribery procedures and expected conduct.
A safe environment to report suspected breaches via our internal grievance or whistleblowing processes.

Breaches of this policy will result in disciplinary action and, where necessary, termination of contracts or legal escalation.

We expect our suppliers and partners to adopt similar principles in their own organisations and throughout their supply chains.
