At 3D People Limited, we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of staff and anyone affected by our business activities, and to providing a safe and suitable environment for all those attending our premises. We recognise our responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and are committed to continuous improvement in health and safety performance.

Our business provides services for the manufacture and optimisation of components using additive manufacturing technologies. We operate from our UK-based facility and conduct regular risk assessments to identify, monitor, and control hazards across all activities.

We are committed to:

• Preventing accidents and work-related ill health.
• Providing safe systems of work, plant, and equipment.
• Ensuring appropriate training, instruction, and supervision.
• Maintaining effective emergency procedures, including fire safety.
• Consulting with staff on matters affecting their health and safety.
• Supporting staff wellbeing and proactively addressing workplace stress. 

All employees and contractors are expected to take reasonable care of their own safety and that of others, and to report hazards, incidents, or concerns promptly.

Ultimate responsibility for health and safety rests with the Directors, who ensure the implementation and periodic review of this policy and associated risk controls.
