3D Printing Materials overview
At our state-of-the-art UK additive manufacturing facility, we specialise in two cutting-edge technology types: Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Multi Jet Fusion (MJF). The different materials are carefully curated to offer various properties and characteristics suitable for countless solutions. Each material is validated and tested to ensure consistent, high-quality results for our customers.
3D printing materials
PA12 Nylon (SLS)
The industry leading material for industrial 3D printing. This robust material has superb mechanical properties and can replace injection moulded alternatives.
Selective Laser Sintering technology
PA12 Glass Filled Nylon (SLS)
Glass filled Nylon (PA12 GF) is an engineering plastic loaded with 30% glass beads. The glass reinforcement increases the material’s stiffness, elevates the temperature resistance and improves dimensional stability.
Selective Laser Sintering technology
PA12 Nylon (MJF)
The industry’s favourite industrial polymer material. This robust thermoplastic produces high-density parts with excellent mechanical properties and can replace injection moulded alternatives.
HP Multi Jet Fusion technology
Ultrasint TPU01 (MJF)
Flexible and durable thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) in 88A Shore hardness. Offering excellent impact resistance, energy return, wear performance, and tear resistance.

Surface finishes for 3D printing materials
Whether you need crisp edges straight off the printer or a smoother, more refined surface, we offer a range of post-processing options to suit your application. From functional to aesthetic improvements, each finish enhances the performance and appearance of your 3D printed parts.
